For the past 33 years, as a physician and teacher, I have taught thousands of people to transform their lives through the most powerful tool available – their minds. On this site, I share these methods with you so that you too can learn to:

All my teachings aim to encourage and preserve your freedom.

A cornerstone of my teaching is the use of mental imagery – also called guided imagery or visualization. Imagery has been used for thousands of years by healers and wisdom keepers of many cultures to heal the sick, to benefit the community, and connect to the Divine.

In addition to guided imagery exercises, this site is filled with other tools to bring insight and change into your life such as:

Classes and Training
Through my school, The American Institute for Mental Imagery (AIMI):
