For Spiritual Protection

 Frequency: Repeat once a day upon rising during the eight days of Chanukah and the twelve days of Christmas.

  • Close you eyes.
  • Breathe out one time slowly, followed by a normal inhalation.
  • See, sense, and feel the Divine Spirit guarding you as “the protective shade at your right hand.” Psalm 121:5
  • Breathe out once and open your eyes.
